 Verified The staff was professional, on time and really take time to make sure that the food was set up how I wanted it to be. my guests loved the food and couldn't stop talking about how good it was. The only negative was the the burgers were undercooked, causing someone to get sick.

 Verified Caperberry Events did a fantastic job at our daughter's Bat Mitzvah at the C.V. Rich Mansion.  The food and the service were impeccable, the venue was beautiful and Christine, the special events manager, was a pleasure to work with and very response to our questions and needs.  Verified We used Caperberry Events for our wedding reception held at the CV Rich Mansion. Christine, Michelle, and staff were very helpful throughout the entire process. Christine helped with the planning, scheduling and vendor references beforehand. Michelle and staff helped with the decorations, and additional changes the night of. A few staff members helped me add some finishing touches to my wedding dress before the guests arrived, and were even very attentive to my elder family members with mobility issues. Everyone raved about the hors d'oeuvres and their dinner stations were delicious. They made the night go off without a hitch and we are very thankful. 10/10.

 Verified We had our annual Holiday Party last night at Sam's of Gedney Way as we have been doing for several years.  As always, it was amazing.  We have not had a bad experience in all the years we have been using them for this event.  The room was decorated tastefully with beautiful holiday decorations and linens.  Christine and the entire staff were extremely attentive, helpful and friendly.  The food was delicious and plentiful. Our employees always look forward to going to Sam's and last night was no exception.  We were concerned with how many would attend due to the icy conditions and almost everyone made it!  Verified We had my twins first birthday party here. Christine helped us with all the details and was very easy to reach with any questions. The staff was out of this world. So professional and kind. They were helpful with setting up the room and packing things up to take home at the end. Everyone from the bartender to each server was friendly and always easy to find. Everyone at the party couldn't stop complimenting the food and staff. The room was big enough for our 60+ party and didn't feel stuffy. Thank you again for all of your help!!!  Verified I recently hosted an event at the CV Rich Mansion for the non-profit Rehabilitation Through the Arts and had a wonderful experience. Numerous guests told me how much they loved the venue, the food, and most importantly the warm and professional staff. The team at CV Rich was a pleasure to work with and extremely accommodating throughout the entire planning process. On the day of the event, they responded to any last-minute needs with speed and grace. Most of all, we appreciate the generous non-profit rate that made our event possible.
